Primary Responsibilities
- In the role of Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:
- Provide reception duties, answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages, greeting employees and visitors, sending couriers, and distributing incoming mail
- Responsible for maintaining office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
- Type, revise and combine materials such as correspondence, reports, forms, and meeting minutes using MSWord
- Word processing as needed, including formatting and proofreading letters, memos, and reports
- Support production of reports and drawings
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A cando positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
- Proficiency in MS Teams
- Current Joint Health & Safety Certificate
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated, wellorganized and detailoriented
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
