Talent Acquisition
- Support recruiting events
- Implement and execute strategic sourcing initiatives and plans
- Support user adoption of new practices, technologies and tools to ensure performance excellence
- Participate in talent acquisition projects
Applicant Tracking System Administration
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (JobVite)
- Ensure system is efficiently and effectively utilized and recommend process changes/enhancements
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition colleagues internally and at other Land Systems business units
- Work collaboratively with Staff Specialist, HR Systems and Analytics to ensure optimal system function and integration with other systems such as Dayforce
- Create and publish user guides for Human Resources and Hiring Managers and update as required to reflect changed processes, including a complete review and update annually
- Resolve user issues
Stakeholder Experience Management
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition
- Establish effective methods to gather feedback to continuously review and improve stakeholder experiences
Required Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of HR practices, applicable labour laws and Human Rights legislation
- Demonstrated skill in effective communications and presentations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to utilize technology to create meaningful reports and insights
- Stakeholder focus with proactive approach to recruiting
- Understanding of confidentiality and privacy compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation or in progress
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
