Overview:

This position plays a key role in the sales success of the company. It supports the sales effort with creativity and enthusiasm in reaching our goals as a team. This position drives the key elements of marketing that are in harmony with the sales team. This full time position reports directly to the Vice President Sales Marketing.


Qualifications:


  • University / College marketing degree with a minimum of 3 years marketing experience in the Business to Business space.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to present the company in a professional manner.
  • The ability to multi task and react quickly as the result of ever changing customer demands.
  • Be personally motivated and able to provide creative thought.
  • Familiarity with Desktop Publishing, Web content management such as InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Willing to travel as required with a valid passport.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Promotion:


  • Event promotion
  • Trade show
  • Direct mail reach
  • These are all areas that directly support the sales team.

Social Media Management:


  • Communicating the brand in a positive, authentic way while managing content that is relevant
  • Campaign planning that is scheduled ongoing
  • Ongoing learning of best practices and monitor trends
  • Administer, monitor and encourage employee involvement

Sales Management Support:


  • Sales analysis reports including competitive / market share analysis and focus industry research
  • Presentation material creation
  • Customer incentive program and pricing maintenance
  • Managing the marketing budget spend
