Pickering Casino Resort is seeking a Part-time or Full-time Dual Count Supervisor


Do you have a love of leadership and a knack for numbers? This may be the role you have been waiting for.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily cage & main bank operations.

Your strong presence on the gaming floor will be vital to your management of people and interacting with customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will ensure compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and all applicable laws, policies and procedures.

As a role model, you will demonstrate integrity, respect, and accountability, assisting with the hiring, training, evaluating, recognition, and development of your staff.


  • Provides direction and leadership to Count Department personnel
  • Supervise and monitor Count operations and actives
  • Prepares count room drop boxes, cash cassettes and drop carts
  • Verifies Count transactions and instructs Count team members
  • Verifies, document and reconcile cash and cash equivalents; prepare revenue reports
  • Responds to, resolves or escalates count issues
  • Performs regular preventative maintenance on count equipment
  • Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
  • Monitors and reports all discrepancies and suspicious cash activities
  • Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
  • Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • One or more years of experience in a leadership role
  • A strong mathematical aptitude, managerial skills and familiarity with a highvolume, fast paced, shiftwork environment
  • Working knowledge of computer software and the ability to learn new software and systems
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • The ability to obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
