We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional to join our Indigo team as Operations Supervisor.

The main accountabilities for this position include supervising and coordinating onsite staff to ensure organizational goals, standards and procedures are adhered to.

Providing and improving service quality as well as training and mentoring employees, employee recruitment, training and retention.


What Would You Be Doing?

Operations:


  • Working closely with property management to ensure all key stakeholder needs are met in a professional and timely manner
  • Creating work orders to deal with any necessary repairs, maintenance and/or improvements as needed
  • Point of contact for contractors, building maintenance department, equipment suppliers
  • Regular facility inspections to ensure it is safe, clean, efficient, and operating at or above company standards
  • Tracking and managing of incident report/damage claims as well as corresponding with customers regarding safety and liability
  • Performing monthly/bimonthly financial reconciliations for month end reporting
  • Cash handling and pay machine replenishments as required
  • Conducting Device Audit, Ticket Audit, Cash Audit, Timecard Audit etc. and eliminating the factors causing deficiencies
  • Performing rate surveys, occupancy reports, stall counts, etc.
  • Managing escalations of issues with Monthly Parking in regards to device activations, deactivations, replacements, cancellations, etc.
  • Ensuring lot maintenance is conducted and completed, signage is accurate and uptodate, and that all work locations are presentable and professional
  • Assist in new lot setups
  • Ensuring that we provide the best in customer service standards and monitor the resolution of customer issues up to including escalating matters to senior management
  • Other duties as assigned

Staff Supervision:


  • Staff training, coaching, mentoring and general staff management
  • Monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Approving and editing timecards
  • In conjunction with Human Resources, issuing staff disciplinary action, including issuing of verbal and written warnings and subsequent monitoring and follow up action if required.
  • Other duties as assigned

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Working hours are split between the office and the field, managing sites, meeting with clients and overseeing staff;
  • Must be available after regular business hours, holidays and on call.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum of 35 years of customer service experience with some experience being in a supervisor role.
  • Class 5 Driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Strong Microsoft office skills required, including Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and meet deadlines under pressure.
