People Stuff is a growing HR Services boutique firm located in Halifax, NS and St. John's, NL. We are looking for a
HR Business Partner to join our team. We take a different approach in providing HR services. We work directly with our clients as partners, and we help improve engagement in a real and measurable way. We help accelerate businesses through their people in a way that is mutually beneficial for employees and employers

Duties

Assisting in gaining new clients in the HRM area, through building relationships and networking with the business community and helping with lead generation strategies
Working with multiple clients to help improve their business, engagement and HR offerings through providing hands on HR services, products and solutions
Providing recruitment services
Supporting the team in developing HR products and services through striving for innovative, modern and best practice offerings

Requirements:

Proven ability and experience providing HR services and working with multiple clients or projects while changing directions through out the day
Must be willing to travel to various locations through out the Halifax region, with the possibility of occasional travel to others parts of Nova Scotia
Must be willing to work at various locations, including home and client offices

Qualifications

Proven HR experience with the ability to lead and direct HR projects, recruitment, training and development, conflict management, organizational behaviour, etc.
Business degree with HR major or focus.
CPHR and/or PRP is an asset
Must be techsavvy using various business software, web based products and App solutions. We are a paperless organization and are always looking for technologybased solutions to help streamline our processes for efficiencies
