What you'll do:

Provide support, guidance and training in building Delmanor's brand awareness in the greater community, creating/implementing/nurturing partnerships and sales strategy
Mentor Community Relations Managers (CRM) to hone their outreach skills and provide guidance in planning outreach events/sponsorships
Produce metrics and analyze them to determine success, and create best practices to achieve the set goals
Identify and report gaps with the processes for outreach and inhouse events
Other duties as required
What you bring:
What you bring:
Strong customer service, and community relationship building experience
Experience in coaching, mentoring and training on best practices, negotiation and event management in relation to community outreach
Strong understanding and experience with B2B relationships, B2B prospecting and B2B cold calling
Experience working with older adults
Strong organizational and event planning skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities and effectively plan and manage events
Ability to communicate effectively one on one and in a group setting, including public speaking
Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Contact Management Software)
