- Provide exceptional concierge information to our guests about local attractions, restaurants, theatres, special events and other available services
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Review all Fairmont Gold reservations to ensure requests are met
- Assist guests in the Fairmont Gold lounge with food and beverage service
- Manage the tasks between the pantry, lounge and Fairmont Gold desk
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Professional, service-focused personality is essential
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Previous Front Desk experience in a luxury environment required
- Proficient in Microsoft and property management systems, preferably Opera
- Post Secondary degree in a related discipline an asset
- Serving it Right and Food Safe certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A member of Les Clef d'Or an asset
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays
