What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

Manage several people on the accounting team (recruitment, training, goal setting, task reviews & performance reviews)
Attend/lead weekly team meetings.
Oversee the duties of all team members.
Provide support to the team so they can fulfil their roles effectively.
Review SOPS (create, update, and refine as needed).
Report directly to the founder of the firm and be involved with strategic decisions of the firm
Conduct operations mini reviews & create monthly/quarterly goals with the founder
Be proactive rather than reactive, so that we can foresee and get ahead of potential problems.

What You Need to Succeed

5+ years of operations experience
2+ years of project management experience
You have 3+ years of experience managing a team, including everything from training to performance reviews
You're a clear communicator
You believe in delivering awesome customer service and you have experience in a customerfacing role
You are picky and you have a hard time sleeping when something isn't "just right"
You are interested in productivity and implementing and/or tweaking systems to make things run smoother
You are a problem solver
You like working in a fast paced environment

Salary:
$65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
