This role is FT at the client's location. You must own transportation as public transit is not a viable option to this location.Your contribution to Premier BCG's client:
- Manage client books through the use of accounting software
- Communicate directly with Premier's CFO to continually develop and improve processes as well as workplace environment
- Ensuring key deadlines are met and applicable documents are filled on time
- Organize files in accordance with client demands/needs
- Ability to Communicate with client regarding financial documents and other accounting concerns
- Electronic Data entry
- Preparing budgets, payroll, and other financial documents
- Monitoring and creating profit and loss statements
- Reviewing client documents to ensure compliance with various provincial and federal regulations, and advising clients based on findings
- Bank reconciliation
- Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills
- Willingness to develop skills by collaborating with other employees
- Experience with property management bookkeeping considered a strong asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
