Responsibilities and Duties for Logistics Account Manager
- Achieve growth goals assigned through cold calling, customer meetings and customer presentations.
- Develop new and grow existing clientbase by identifying growth points such as new lanes and quoting rates for these lanes
- Build and grow relations within portfolio through customer engagement and proactive communication.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and propose resultsoriented solutions.
- Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of SOPs, KPIs and other account specific metrics.
- Partner with Management and the Operations Department to build programs and solutions to present to customers
- Attend industry events to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

Job Types:

Salary:
$51,000.00-$148,207.12 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Signing bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4W 1C4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
