About the Job:


Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the People & Culture Manager, Employee Support will play a critical role in fostering positive employee and labour relations, overseeing the performance management cycle and leaves and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will act as main point of contact for labour relations, oversee employee terminations, conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints.

You will provide guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving workplace conflicts and disputes through mediation and other conflict resolution techniques as well as revise and implement People & Culture policies, procedures, and guidelines.

You will need to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations and maintain accurate records and documentation systems related to employee.

You will collaborate with program managers to address performance-related concerns, with a focus on supportive framework to promote employee success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, HR, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Certification in HR (CPHR) is a plus.
