Qualifications & Requirements

General Property Manager Licence required
Minimum 2 years' experience in condominium management
Working knowledge of the Condominium Act
Financial statement understanding
Experience in budget preparation
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Computer proficiency
