- Experience in airworthiness engineering and certification
- Knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting test data
- Ability to conduct airworthiness inspections and assessments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering (preferred)
- Transport Canada Delegated Authority Representative (preferred)
- Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizenship essential.

ITPS is an EASA Approved Training Organization for Test Pilots and Flight Test Engineer training. ITPS is an Ontario Ministry of Education accredited Post Graduate Degree granting Institution, offering a Master of Science in Flight Test Engineering and a Master of Science in Flight Testing. ITPS operates a diverse fleet comprising thirt-two aircraft both fixed and rotary wing.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Airworthiness Engineer at the International Test Pilots School in London, ON. The Senior Airworthiness Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to aircraft modifications and upgrades, airworthiness, including preparing certification and test plans, analyzing and interpreting data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and dealing with Transport Canada. The Senior Airworthiness Engineer will manage our team of engineers and collaborate with the flight test team and other professionals to support safe and effective flight testing operations.
