As a Customer Service Agent in a customer contact center for outbound calls, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as life and health insurance, property and casualty insurance, business services, personal services, and securities.
You assist members and clients and help maintain business relationships.You carry out sales, sales support and client relations activities for specific products and services or in response to information requests in accordance with current practices, tailoring your approach as needed.
You draw on your interpersonal savvy and communication skills to ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization's standards and procedures.
General Information on the Position
Other working conditions- Schedule : Variable 12-16 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8h30 am to 7h30 pm and Friday from 8h30 am to 4h00 pm.
Qualifications:
- Attestation of College Studies in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
