Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team.
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials.
Your expertise in various carpentry techniques will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications
- Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques including forming
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience in fabricating and installing structures made of wood and other materials
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps
Pay:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- carpentry: 4 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
