Position Summary:

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for reviewing civil drawings and coordinating conflicts with various stakeholders
Provide support in Preparing various drawings related to the installation of Fiber Optic Cable and Conduit within residential and Commercial Buildings
Maintain and update documentation on the company GIS program (Patch Manager)
Monitor and Submit Third Party Attachment permits, and Municipal Consent permits to various entities.
Attend coordination meetings as Beanfield representative where Beanfield has been identified as a stakeholder
Provide project Support to OSP Planning staff
Perform other duties as assigned by the Design Manager

What we are looking for:

Minimum 1 years in a comparable position.
Bilingual French preferred but not required.
Experience with Fibre Optic Networks preferred
Experience in managing highvolume request
Selfmotivated with the ability to work well independently and on a team.
Detailoriented with an aptitude for tracking progress across many tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational, written, verbal, and time management skills.
Knowledge of technical drawing presentation.
Civil construction principles, both theory and practical.

Additional Notes:

Work in all outdoors weather conditions, available to work weekends/nights for emergency locates requests only.
Relevant work experience in construction, General Labour, Installation Technician, and Fibretothe
Home Installer preferred.
