Toronto School of Management (TSoM), is an innovative college offering a broad range of career-focused programs in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism and Accounting.

The Language Gallery Canada delivers a wide range of quality language program to students from over 70 countries.

With locations in Canada's two largest markets for ESL training, Toronto and Vancouver, provides short-term and long-term high-quality language courses with an emphasis on academic quality, offering international students a great language immersion experience that will lead the student into a bright educational future.


Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HR support to our team and leadership at TSoM and The Language Gallery.

You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more.


You will be familiar with all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Your excellent English communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with all levels of the organization, while your ability to think critically and strategically will be key in driving continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • A member in good standing of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) is an asset.
  • Working towards CHRP or CHRL is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Satisfactory criminal record check required
