岗位职责:Job responsibilities:
1、全面管理美国区辅助生殖医疗版块的营销工作,对整体经营指标进行有效目标分解、路径规划、核心策略计划并保证有效实施;Take comprehensive charge of marketing activities within the field of assisted reproductive healthcare in the United States region. This includes effectively decomposing overall operational targets, charting pathways, formulating core strategic plans, and ensuring their successful implementation.

2、负责辅助生殖医疗行业最新消息和政策的收集,制定年度营销计划,确定合理的年度预算(包括销售目标、费用投入、利润盈亏等),将年度计划按月度分解到各分支公司;Collect the latest news and policies related to the assisted reproductive healthcare industry, develop an annual marketing plan, determine a reasonable annual budget (including sales targets, expenditure, profit and loss), and cascade the annual plan on a monthly basis to various branch offices.

3、确定年度的营销策略方案,产品策略、招商策略、推广策略、渠道策略等,做好销售市场动态分析,区域销售策略分析,市场发展趋势分析;Formulate annual marketing strategy plans, include product strategies, investment strategies, promotion strategies, channel strategies, etc. Conduct thorough analyses of sales market dynamics, regional sales strategy, and market development trends.

4、负责营销团队的建设布局和管理,核心骨干的培养和激励,提高销售人员的服务技能和服务标准;Establish and manage of the marketing team, nurturing and motivating key talents, and enhancing sales personnel's service skills and service standards.

5、定期召开美国区的各级培训和分类会议,并对签单、营收、增速、利润负责。Regularly convene training and categorization meetings in the United States region, taking accountability for contract signings, revenue, growth rate, and profits.

职位要求:Job Requirements:
1、熟悉海外医疗/辅助生殖市场情况和业务流程,具有敏锐的商业头脑;Familiar with overseas medical/assisted reproductive markets and business processes.

2、具备3年企业总监和副总经理以上岗位管理工作经验,没有不良职业违规记录;有独立团队组建和管理业绩经验者优先;At least 3 years of experience in management roles as a Director or Vice General Manager within a company, with no records of professional misconduct.

Those with experience in independently building and managing teams and achieving performance goals are preferred.

3、涉及多部门/业务/项目协作,需具备高效的团队协作、沟通能力,抗压性强,能积极配合公司策略的规划调整及实施;Involvement in cross-departmental/business/project collaboration demands efficient teamwork, strong communication skills, resilience to pressure, and the ability to actively cooperate with the company's strategic planning adjustments and implementations.

4、中英文流利;本科及以上学历优先;Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English. A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
