As the Logistics Specialist:

Your major responsibilities are:

Creating and receiving ASNs for product and resolve any issues/differences with purchaser and suppliers.
Creating and sending sales order picklist to warehouse, confirms shipments and investigates discrepancies.
Tracking incoming shipments with carriers.

- assisting with customer returns and investigating any shipping/receiving issues
- arranging and processing vendor returns
- coordinating routine manual freight quotes
- creating and issuing customs documents, as required

Must also have good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and other relevant MS software. Attention to detail.
