_Human Resources / Labour Relations Coordinator_ with large earthworks construction projects experience.

Nuna is the largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks, and mine construction contractor in Canada.

Job Duties:
_**- Providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues;

  • Assisting hiring managers with various recruitment and selection activities for assigned projects within critical timelines and during highvolume recruitment needs;
  • Prepare, forward and ensure completeness of all employee documents;
  • Assist in projects such as employee engagement and retention initiatives;
  • Conduct research for various HR initiatives;

_Qualifications_

  • Postsecondary education with a focus on Human Resources;
  • Minimum of 3 years in a HR Coordinator or generalist function;
  • Previous experience in labour relations and unionized environments
  • Proven experience working in a high volume and fastpaced environment which includes large volume recruitment and selection;
  • Exceptional computer skills that includes working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Applicant tracking systems, and JD Edwards;
