As a Group Account Director, you will be an agency leader and integral member of the client services team. Your focus will be to ensure the team delivers strategic, creative and account management excellence.

You'll play a key role supporting our top priority clients and most profitable portfolios.

As the Group Account Director, you will represent and provide strong business leadership, industry expertise and build and foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.


You will lead the planning and execution brand strategy and consumer campaigns, identify new business opportunities and provide thought leadership., You will be expected to provide strategic insights and recommendations, creative acumen, problem-solving skills and organization and project management excellence.

People management and experience overseeing direct reports in a core responsibility of the Group Account Director.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage large regional/global integrated client business portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships by being a trusted advisor to clients with a demonstrated understanding of their business and competitive landscape
  • Drive all aspects of the business including strategy and creative development, finding new opportunities for growth
  • Manage client P&L, and agency engagement scores
  • Manage agency retainers/project scopes, utilization reporting and staffing recommendations
  • Managing integrated teams, inspiring and motivating action across agency teams and departments, fostering team

Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to clearly, concisely and confidently articulate information and recommendations
  • Excellent presentationbuilding and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Advertising Agency experience, and previous experience managing direct reports is a must
  • Must have understanding of overall media landscape and experience launching multichannel integrated campaigns, including knowledge of digital media channels
  • Teamoriented player and effective leader ability to lead, inspire and collaborate with large crossfunctional team. Willing to "roll up the sleeves" with a cando attitude
  • A serviceoriented mindset, focused on delivering high quality work, and always anticipating client and internal team needs
  • Must thrive in a fastpaced environment with an ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
