Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties
Obtaining customers' details and billing information, and entering the information correctly.

Informing customers about prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays.

Entering invoices in Business Central and preparing shipping documents.

Forwarding information to the correct departments for delivery of the order.

Greet incoming customers and book appointments.


Qualifications and Skills
Prior work experience in a similar field is preferred.

Previous ERP experience an asset Business Central software experience is an asset.

Willing to work Monday to Saturday (Sat 9am

  • 1pm).
The ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and calm manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have great organizational skills Ability to multi-task Analytical thinking, and excellent attention to detail.


Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
