    Description

    Répartir la marchandise de sa marque entre les magasins selon le calendrier prédéterminé des dates en magasin.
    Examiner les capacités des magasins et le volume de la marque avant le début de chaque saison.
    Analyser les stocks en magasin par rapport aux capacités théorique et ajuster les allocations en conséquence.
    Examiner le retour d'informations et les photos des magasins à problèmes identifiés et utiliser ces informations pour ajuster les allocations futures en conséquence.
    S'assurer que les inventaires des magasins et des centres de distribution sont correctement mis à jour dans le système après que les allocations ont été téléchargées.
    Assurer la liaison et la communication avec les équipes des opérations des magasins, de l'entrepôt, des achats, de la logistique et de l'informatique, le cas échéant.

    Résoudre les problèmes avec les acheteurs (avances ou délais de livraison).
    Mise en place d'un plan prévisionnel pour les différents magasins à la fin du mois. (Réceptions entrantes).
    Effectuer le réapprovisionnement des stocks pour les différents magasins. Donner des mises à jour aux centres de distribution pour qu'ils planifient en conséquence.
    Collaborer avec le département des opérations de ventes au détail pour discuter des différents besoins des magasins.
    S'assure de la bonne collection des marchandises pour l'ouverture de nouveaux magasins.
    Assurer l'allocation finale pour la fermeture des magasins.
    Visites de magasins

    Sens aigu de l'organisation et de l'analyse
    ~ Maîtrise des applications de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel avancé, Powerpoint)
    ~ Capacité à utiliser de grandes bases de données (BI, autres)
    ~ Bilingue Français et Anglais
    ~ Bureau facilement accessible par les transports en commun ou parking sur place inclus
    Évaluation annuelle des performances
    Accès aux installations de gymnastique dans les locaux de notre immeuble
    English description:
    Allocate their Brands merchandise to stores as per the predetermined in-store date schedule.
    Analyze stores on hand position relative to stores capacities and adjust allocations accordingly based on stores current inventory position.
    Review store ops feedback and pictures of identified problem stores and use this information to adjust future allocation accordingly.
    Ensure that store and dc inventories are updated correctly in the system after allocations have been uploaded.
    Liaise and communicate with Store Operations, Warehouse, Buying, Logistics, and IT teams as required.

    Looking at inventory positions in review with buyers.
    Conducting replenishment of stock for various stores.
    Conducting analyses: (by province, ranking reports, physical count updates, etc
    P. (operations) department to discuss different store requirements.
    Ensuring proper merchandise collection for Opening new stores.
    Store Visits

    Bachelor's Degree in commerce or in a related field is an asset
    ~Experience in the jewelry industry is an asset
    ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
    ~ Ability to use large database (BI, other)
    ~ Bilingual French & English
    ~ Office easily accessed by public transit or parking on site included.
    Annual performance evaluation.
