Project Administrator
Reports directly to the VP of Construction.

The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting in the general operations of the project and field teams and assists with multiple projects running concurrently while ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree of Diploma in Architectural Technology Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
Years of Experience

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Construction Project Management and Execution Planning.
Junior Level

  • This role is supportive, where the incumbent acts as liaison by communications with external parties and assisting project managers in organizing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from start up to close out;
  • The incumbent will have potential to transition into a Project/Field Coordination role within 6 months to one year;
  • Responsible for internal/external meeting minutes and sending them to the PM before distribution and following up;
  • Develop and maintains positive business relationships with all clients, architects, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • All contracts, scope of work, CCOs, Mock Ups and Special designs are being addressed with Estimating, Finance, R&D and Building Science Departments;
  • Procore is being setup and utilized properly for each project with roles and responsibilities of each position clearly identified;
  • 100% close out of all jobs with proper archiving;
  • Manage the VMU calendar;
  • Manage administration and creation for all division dashboards; and
  • Manage VP of Constructions calendar.
