What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead and implement salesdriven projects with a focus on sustainable and accelerated growth. Develop strategies that contribute to the overall growth and efficiency of the sales department.
  • Change Management: Lead change management for the sales organization by gathering requirements, evaluating, and then inspiring change across sales processes, training, and other tools. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure sales programs align with overall business strategies and objectives.
  • Sales Tools Development: Act as the primary liaison for the development and implementation of sales tools, collaborating with IT and other departments to enhance sales effectiveness. Implement standard methodologies in sales operations, using technology and tools to streamline sales activities
  • Sales Process Optimization: Lead ongoing engagement with key internal collaborator teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Product Management to drive alignment, prioritization, optimization, and proactively highlight and address risks
  • Internal Communications and Engagement:

Cultivate a culture of open communication and engagement within the sales team, ensuring alignment and understanding of goals and strategies.

Develop and maintain effective internal communication strategies to ensure that the sales team is informed about updates, initiatives, and strategic directions


Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 7 years progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design, including project management and business development
  • Superior project management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities: including change management and the ability to influence without authority
  • Strong problemsolving skills demonstrated through a proven ability to identify solutions to complex challenges
  • Strategic thinker; ability to make decisions and act within an evolving market
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
