    The Position:

    • We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic, sales-oriented leader to drive growth and expand market share for the Samsung brand in the Eastern Townships Area (Sherbrooke, Drummondville).
    • Being responsible for establishing connections with and delivering compelling content and value propositions for Samsung products and services to frontline sales staff at both carrier-branded and national retail wireless outlets, the Field Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

    Eastern Townships: Sherbrooke, Drummondville

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture relationships across all levels of carrier and national retailer organizations to boost the influence and presence of Samsung products and services.
    • Ensure that all engagements with retail partners are oriented towards bolstering sales and market share for Samsung.
    • Execute the regional team's go-to-market plan to achieve all key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics affecting performance, such as sales, trainings, and store visits.
    • Assess the effectiveness of product launches and special promotions while carrying out these launches.
    • Organize and participate in training sessions, meetings, and events on behalf of Samsung.
    • Collect market insights and analyze market trends regarding the perception and performance of Samsung products.
    • Complete daily store visit reports and periodic activity reports, ensuring that everyone is well-versed in Samsung's products and can sell them effectively.
    • Provide training and leadership at meetings to ensure that retail sales teams possess adequate knowledge and sales acumen to promote Samsung products successfully.
    • Train and mentor carrier and national retail sales representatives, offering business tips and product advice.
    • Maintain optimal Samsung product stock levels and meet merchandising requirements while promptly addressing any issues to Samsung representatives for resolution.
    • Support Samsung's marketing and brand efforts by maintaining direct communication with points of sale in the market.
    • Resolve any issues that could impact Samsung's brand standing and presence in the market.

    Expectations:

    • Frequent travel within the region is anticipated.
    • Candidates must pass a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check if selected.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 4 years in a multi-unit retail or field sales setting.
    • At least 2 years' experience in the wireless industry.
    • Deep proficiency in Retail, Marketing, and Sales.
    • Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and process-driven orientation.
    • Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking capabilities.
    • Superior analytical skills.
