Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Communicate with Delco Team to ensure the project success.
Work with mínimal supervision.
Review and interpretation of electrical drawings.
Compliance of Delco Security Health and Safety program.
Documentation of "As Built" changes to installation design.
Work out of town frequently.
Care and maintenance of all corporate assets.

Qualifications:

2+ years experience working with security systems is required to be considered for this position.
Electronics network and/or programming certification from an accredited technical school or military electronics training desired.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts.
Strong computer and Networking skills required. Attention to detail.
Good analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Customer relationship skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Travel requirements.
Valid driver's license required.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.

$110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
