Job summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for inputting invoices scheduling payments and reconciliations of vendor statements.

Responsibilities

  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries;
  • Posting invoices once they have gone through the approval process;
  • Resolve and document purchase order contract invoice or payment discrepancies;

Skills
  • Working experience or education in an accounting role preferably accounts payable;
