Your Role in a Nutshell


In your role, you will work closely with our client's including aesthetics medical practices across North America to optimize the value of the BoomerangFX practice management software and digital marketing services.

As the central point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for supporting our clients from adoption to ongoing account monitoring and cross-selling additional solutions.

This position involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert consultation to enhance the overall performance and success of MedSpa businesses.

Please note that this role is full time based in our offices in Mississauga, Ontario.


Scope of Duties

Leadership and Team Management:


  • Provide strong leadership to a team of MedSpa consultants, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development for consulting staff.

Strategic Planning and Execution:


  • Develop and execute strategic plans for client practices, aligning with industry trends and business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, revenue growth, and overall business success.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MedSpa clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert consultation on various aspects of MedSpa management.

Regulatory Compliance:


  • Stay informed about healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards affecting MedSpas.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to clients to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Financial Analysis and Management:

Conduct financial assessments of client practices, identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost efficiency.

Work collaboratively with clients to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.


Business Development:


  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the consulting practice.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote consulting services and attract new clients.
  • Training and Education:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for MedSpa staff and consulting team members.
  • Stay current on industry advancements and share knowledge to keep clients and consultants informed.

Quality Assurance:


  • Establish and implement quality assurance measures to ensure high standards of service delivery in client practices.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements based on industry best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Utilize data analytics to assess client performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:


  • Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing, implementation and finance to address client needs comprehensively.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across various functions.

What you offer
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Extensive experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on MedSpa practices.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in a related field (private healthcare sector or medical aesthetics space) is a bonus
