Roving
Maintenance position to join our
growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia location.

Reporting to a team of Property Managers, the Roving Maintenance position assists in the day
- to-day operations and maintenance of multiple properties in the HRM including downtown
Halifax, Bedford, and Dartmouth.

This is a permanent, full-time position which requires flexible availability including evenings

and weekends.
The general presentation of the properties in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the
role. Duties will include light maintenance; painting, plumbing, electrical, grounds keeping,
building repairs, cleaning. Roving Maintenance will also provide customer service to our tenants
and support completion of any tenant requests.
