Your tasks

Support the Head of Order Processing
Enter and process product orders as well as maintain customer related data using SAP
Coordinate delivery planning including the booking of transportation and processing customer claims related to shipping
Coordinate orders with sales companies and/or customers including the printing and handling of orderrelated documents such as specifications, confirmations, certificates of analysis and WHIMIS
Prepares required FDA & Customs documents to appropriate government agencies

Your profile

Administrative university degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum 4 years in supply chain / logistics experience
Minimum 4 years in supervisory position
SAP experience required

Your future

Reporting to the Head of Order Processing, with a dotted-line to the VP Sales of Jungbunzlauer Group, he/she manages, develops and builds a team of competent and reliable order processors to ensure prompt and accurate internal and external customer interaction.

He/she is responsible for the strategic development of the order processing / logistics setup with a focus on US business.

In addition, he/she ensures alignment with global best practices of Jungbunzlauer group, including training, processes, workflow, etc.

$50,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
