    Description

    Our Investor Relations team is in search of a Vice President fluent in English and French to contribute to expanding our presence in Canada and serving our growing client base. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to engage with a diverse clientele in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.

    The Investor Relations team aids investors, financial advisors, and home office personnel by supporting their investments on our technology platform. Additionally, the team closely collaborates with fund sponsors utilizing the platform for distribution, aiming to enhance the user experience and ensure client success. Staying abreast of and evaluating the impact of changes in tax laws, through research and analysis,

    Responsibilities

    · Provide dedicated coverage of client accounts, collaborating closely with internal relationship managers to support clients' needs and objectives.

    · Offer ongoing client support, addressing a wide variety of questions in a timely and accurate manner.

    · Support high-profile fund managers in fundraising efforts; assist clients through the subscription process and manage fund closings.

    · Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to our proprietary technology platform.

    · Ensure client satisfaction by delivering "white glove" service.

    Qualifications

    · 6-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client service or investor relations role within alternative investments.

    · Fluent in English and French.

    · Previous experience with an Exempt Market Dealer or IFM.

    · Bachelor's Degree.

    · Knowledge of the Canadian investment landscape, including an understanding of Alternatives and Registered Accounts.

    · Strong proficiency with FundSERV.

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    · Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

    · Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

    · Able to multitask and work both independently and as a team player.

    · Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

    · Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is a plus.
