The Role


We are looking for a
On-Premise Account Manager to join our dynamic Bacchus Fréchette team The
On-Premise Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Bacchus Fréchette brands in Toronto to build and grow the business.

The
On-Premise Account Manager will oversee and implement planning, programming, and account execution in the on-premise channel.

Ultimately, work in concert with market assigned sales managers and be responsible for delivering the annual on-premise sales plan in Toronto.


What You'll Do:


  • Sales_
  • Develop and build strong relationships with assigned onpremise accounts, key customers, and iconic venues
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Execute all aspects of an onpremise sales plan with customers
  • Identify development needs on an individual basis. Ensure expectations (quantitative and qualitative) are set and reviewed on an ongoing basis
  • Selfawareness and ability to adapt based on market trends and opportunities.
  • Responsible for onpremise brand execution at the market level. Brand standards to include product distribution, price features, and onpremise promotions
  • Analyze category data to identify opportunities
  • Present business proposals and reviews to partners and internal leaders
  • Budget Management_
  • Control operating and A&P expenses and manage budget and expenses appropriately
  • Deliver and exceed on annual budget for assigned territory in terms of revenue and distribution
  • Administration_
  • Facilitate the execution of all event sponsorships; POS and event set up, product ordering, hiring of promotional reps and recapping event for future evaluations
  • Effective usage of business tools (Salesforce)
  • Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments.
  • Recap sales manager on weekly performance and provide direction and feedback on performance.
  • Work with marketing to develop on premise programming
  • Manage all requested weekly and monthly administrative responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:


  • Minimum 3+ years of progressive sales experience, and minimum 2+ years in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related from a recognized institution
  • WSET Level II required; WSET Level III an asset
  • Knowledge of our brands
  • Impeccable communication skills including influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized with proven ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • Selfstarter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Achievement / results oriented
  • Strong Computer skills including MS Office
  • Available to travel and attend evening/ weekend events as necessary
  • Legally able to sell alcohol beverages
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
