We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment, preferably with a background in Distribution and ERP system experience.

  • Develop and manage project plans with objectives, project scope, and requirements for the TD SYNNEX ERP system
  • Utilize your experience in a distribution environment to design functional solutions and capabilities for specific ERP modules (AP, Vendor Claims, Expenses, Marketing, Traffic, Customer Service, Vendor Automation)
  • Determine and document project needs, and business requirements needed to satisfy project objectives
  • Assign and manage business resource; manage the development of both human and system capabilities
  • Budget, supplier, and stakeholder management
  • Create and coordinate project documentation and processes; develop and track project action items and issues
  • Drive solution definition with System Engineers and IT Leads. Test and approve the final product delivered
  • Identify and communicate business risks and mitigating actions
  • Regularly communicate project progress to sponsor, project teams and leadership group

Your passion is sparked by:


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience finance/accounting, business analysis, AI machine learning, vendor claims.
  • Knowledge of cross departmental processes and procedures as well as advancedlevel familiarity with project management policies and theories (RAID list, control sheet)
  • Advanced communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trusted relationships while managing the interrelationship between projects and stakeholders
  • Exceeding internal/external customer expectation in ways that provide satisfaction to customer needs
  • Fast paced, time sensitive delivery of multiple project priorities
  • Effective time management: planning, organizing and scheduling in an efficient manner, focusing on key priorities
  • Solid experience generating new approaches to system enhancements that increase user performance and efficiency
  • Ability to recognize inefficiencies and opportunities to correct them
  • Technology Distribution business background with ERP system experience is preferred
