We are currently hiring for the position of:

COORDINATOR, INDUSTRY PROGRAMMING
The Coordinator, Industry Programming, will work within a small programming team in supporting the logistics and delivery of the Industry Conference and Talent Development programmes


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Shall include but not be limited to:

  • Working on the invitation process for Industry Conference and Talent Development participant, guests, and moderators, including materials collection and followup
  • Working on venue logistics for Conference and labs
  • Working on web and materials audit for Conference sessions and guests, ensuring accuracy of all content for digital and physical material delivery, including sponsor and partner acknowledgements, as well as web and materials audit for Talent Development programmes
  • Creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive database (Artifax) records for Industry Conference
  • Compiling and updating materials, itineraries, and driver schedules for Lab Governors, Mentors, and Guests
  • Providing onsite support at Conference or labs as needed, including greeting guests and participants
  • Providing a detailed postmortem report

JOB GRADE & SALARY:

Job Grade 3 $23.50 / hour


TARGET CONTRACT DATES**:

July 8 to September 13, 2024


WORK LOCATION:

Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 Weekly inoffice requirements:
  • Minimum 2 days (November to May)
Minimum 3 days (June to October) Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

minimum requirements/qualifications: education, skills, experience Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
