Department:
Front Desk, Courtyard by Marriott Ottawa East

Position:
Full Time (2 vacancies) and Part Time (3 vacancies) Guest Service Agent / Unionized position

Hours:
Days, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays. Shifts are between 6:45 am - 11:15 pm

Report to:
Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Supervisors

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Must be bilingual
  • Must have a minimum of 612 months customer service experience
  • Knowledge of P.M.S (Fosse)
  • Willing to be scheduled as needed & as the need arises
  • Comfortable with computers and phones.
  • Must have the ability to express themselves diplomatically with staff and guests
  • Must be able to work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to achieve and maintain standards.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to independently solve problems
  • Must be able to work & concentrate in a highvolume area
  • Must be efficient, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Possess a commitment to guest service
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time" entire shift", Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Starting Date:
December 2023


Wage:
per hour as per Collective Agreement.

Experience:
