What you'll do

Identify and implement strategic recruiting channels and methods in supporting franchise business leaders and managers around recruitment. Execute on recruitment strategy by banner
Advise, support and coach store managers in various human resource management practices such as defining roles and responsibilities, organizational structure, compensation, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and employee experience
Establish the strategy and management of various benefit programs to ensure the administrative followup of the group insurance program for franchise stores
Actively participate in the implementation, deployment, and communication of the harmonization of HR practices and processes. Act as a change agent for the HR vision of retail stores franchise
Build documentation, manuals, and training aids pertaining to human resources.
Stay up to date of new trends in human resources management

What you bring

8 to 10 years of experience minimum, of which at least 5 years is in a senior HR and retail role
Undergraduate degree in human resource management, CPHR designation
Indepth knowledge and experience of the recruitment processes, benefits, compensation, occupational health, and safety/labour laws
Mastery of the latest talent acquisition strategies and tools
Experience building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels and the ability to influence managers and leaders and provide proactive consultation and solutions
Excellent analytic skills and the ability to organize and express ideas clearly
Experience in driving and leading change initiatives
