Hiring Sales/Customer Service

Pay Rate:
$20 - $26

Job Responsibilities:
Must have experience with sheet metal fabrication
Follow up orders status on the shop-floor
Communicate with customers regarding order status
Interact with all other departments to coordinate the production processes and shipping
Order processing including creating of work orders, status report and all supporting documents requested by the customer
Invoicing Customers
Monitor sales orders for work in progress
Customer service interactions
Respond to emails in timely manner
Resolve customer issues, requests and complaints
Work with Project Managers, production and shipping
Administrative and Logistic Support


Job Qualifications:
Prior experience operating laser cutting equipment or equipment operations within a manufacturing or trades environment.

Mechanical Aptitude, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Attention to Detail, Judgment, Able to work within a team.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and accuracy.
Experience reading blueprints is a must.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to use tape measure and vernier caliper is a must.
Valid counterbalance Forklift License a must.
Inventory count experience preferred.
CNC experience is an asset.
Experience in the Trumpf laser cutting system is highly preferred.
Technical proficiency and a solid understanding of cutting technology are considered strong assets.
