    Description

    Job Description:

    Insight Global seeks a Receptionist to join a prominent North American Agriculture company. This role demands strong organizational skills, punctuality, and the ability to engage with high-level executives. You'll be part of a dynamic team, contributing to a seamless front desk experience. This opportunity is located in Saskatoon and will be onsite 5 days/week.

    Skills and Experience:

    -Diploma or certificate relevant to business administration or equivalent education and experience.

    -Up to 5 years experience in a corporate office environment

    -Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to learn new programs and software quickly

    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

    -Professional appearance and manner

    Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    -Receive incoming calls, and dispatch accordingly

    Notify contact of visitor arrival, including customers, employees from other sites, contractors, etc.

    Maintain security by following procedures, issuing guest and temporary cards

    -Coordinate fleet vehicle bookings and schedule maintenance

    -Assist with onboarding new employees

    -Assist with booking rooms for training and other large events

    -Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-demand environment
