    Are you looking for a new opportunity to work as in a large Fabrication shop as a supervisor? Our client here in Guelph is looking for a strong competent Fabrication supervisor to work on their afternoon shift

    If you are an experience welder fitter and supervisor experience working in a custom shop then this may be the role for you

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities of this Fabrication Welder Supervisor

    • MIG and FLUX core experience
    • Custom fabrication experience
    • Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings
    - supervision of team

    • Manage Work in Progress & maintain Afternoon Shift Shop Production Schedules.
    • Ensure that all assemblies are correctly fitted as per issued fabrication drawings.
    • Ensure that correct welding procedures are being utilized by the welders.
    • Ensure hours are logged to proper job and reported weekly to payroll. (Sign off Production Trackers)
    Qualifications
    What does this Fabrication Supervisor role require?

    • Own Transportation and the ability to work in Guelph
    • Strong knowledge on interpreting Engineered drawings
    • Strong Welding and fitting experience
    • MOL supervisor awareness training an asset
    • CWB tickets valid or expired an asset
    - crane experience required
