Our Part time hours are as follows:9 AM to 1 PM

1 PM to 5 PM

5 PM to 9 PM

Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers over the phone in a professional manner
  • Schedule training calls
  • Update customer profiles with uptodate notes
  • Track new devices being sent to customers
  • Open Customer Service tickets when necessary
  • Assist with technical support issues if they arise
  • Answer incoming training calls

What we are looking for:


  • Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people
  • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer knowledge

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 4 per week


Salary:
$15.50-$16.00 per hour
