Position summary:


Responsibilities include:


  • Coordinates the effective delivery of a portfolio of strategic initiatives that support the mission, vision and priorities of Runnymede Healthcare Centre from initiation to close.
  • Performs the collection and compilation of required information to plan, develop and track project.
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, risk/ issue logs, and other project documentation.
  • Monitor the project scope, timeline, and budget for all key initiatives, ensuring quality and progression towards project milestones and deliverables.
  • Support project leads in proactively tracking risks, analyzing overall impact to project, and collaborate with team to develop and implement mitigation solutions.
  • Coordinate implementing project changes and process improvement initiatives based on change and continuous quality improvement methodologies to achieve project outcomes.
  • Analyze and plan for report production and implementation, ensuring compliance with funding agreements as well as internal approvals process and production requirements.
  • Prepare communication materials including, but not limited to status reports, briefing notes, presentations, and infographics to communicate project and portfolio milestones progression.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for project/committee/working groups agendas, meetings and followup, as appropriate to project needs, both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
  • Adheres to Runnymede Healthcare Centre's vision, mission, and values.
  • Undergraduate degree in a health or sciencerelated discipline or business administration.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or progression towards an asset.
  • 23 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Proficient with Windows Operating System, advanced competence with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and desire to learn new software tools/ platforms.
  • Knowledge in change management and quality improvement methodologies an asset.
  • Experience working in healthcare, research or education in a major institution or public sector, coupled with a passion for mental health an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in communication techniques (presentation decks, infographics, etc.).

Please be advised that in order to be eligible for employment at Runnymede Healthcare Centre, all new hires must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (e.g., two doses of a two-dose vaccine series, or one dose of a single-dose vaccine series); AND have received the final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the hired employee's first date of employment.
