IT Support Analyst
As an IT support analyst, you will be providing excellent customer service while troubleshooting and resolving complex end-user issues for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues relating to personal computing and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot various mobile technologies and platforms
- Perform triage and escalate employee requests to appropriate IT teams
- Participate in departmental projects
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Employee's Degree or Vocational or Technical School Degree in IT Technical Support Services
- Familiarity with hardware/software installation and configuration
- A minimum of 3 years of troubleshooting and supporting enduser technology in a corporate environment
- A+ or MTA Certification is considered an asset
- Good communication skills, both orally and written with both internal and external contacts and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong safety focus; and
- Selfmotivated ability to work alone.
