Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.

Our 70,000 sqft overseas warehouse distribution centers have been established in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary, located in all major ports and commercial logistics centers in Canada, effectively saving your local logistics costs and delivery cycle.

This position is performed in Mississauga warehouse but oversees the daily activity of shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, and inventory clerks, ensuring that all products are delivered to designated customers timely, accurately.

This position also requires communicating with the sales & operation team in advance according to the volume of incoming shipments to ensure sufficient storage capacity.

Main Duty:_

Ensuring shipments are delivered timely, accurately
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Collaborate warehouse teams and thirdparty trucking companies to ensure smooth operations
Monitor & analyze future warehouse demand and warehouse capacity
Ensuring a safety working environment in the warehouse
Recruiting and training new hires, scheduling shifts and incoming/outgoing shipments
Build and maintain a positive warehouse team including truck drivers, warehouse workers, and operators etc.

Qualification:_

Post Secondary education
At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
Able to drive a forklift
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow instructions
Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent problemsolving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

Morning shift: 8am-4:30pm _

Evening shift: 3 pm-10:30pm_
