    Responsibilities


    • Direct and oversee large, complex IT projects, ensuring they align with enterprise-wide goals and deliver expected outcomes.
    • Collaborate with business units, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to define, plan, and execute projects effectively.
    • Provide strategic IT consulting support, assisting in business case development, IT strategic planning, and organizational change initiatives.
    • Mentor and guide less experienced project managers, sharing expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
    • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and forecast resources, applying financial acumen and project management expertise.
    • Engage with governance stakeholders to ensure project compliance with corporate standards and risk management protocols.
    • Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues to meet project objectives.
    Qualifications


    • 8+ years of experience as a project manager.
    • Experience with BCP/DR and Data Centre decommission is a definite asset.
    • Experience with enterprise program governance for dependency, risk and resource management at an enterprise level is desired.
    • Experience liaising with executive teams to articulate dependencies, risks, and opportunities at a functional cross-functional/enterprise level.
    • Experience utilizing an extensive knowledge of IT project methodologies, processes, and practices to effectively deliver IT infrastructure, cybersecurity projects, and strategy/governance initiatives. ITIL knowledge is an asset.
    • Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience managing the entire project lifecycle for multiple initiatives or workstreams varying in complexity and ensuring the
    effective execution of large or complex projects to deliver a product or solution that satisfies stakeholder expectations and achieves project success criteria (schedule,
    budget, team cohesion, regulatory, etc.)


    • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and rationalize decisions or recommendations in ambiguous or difficult situations.
    • Possess entrepreneurial solid skills with a bias to delivering business outcomes, forging strong business partnerships, effectively managing risk, managing scope change as an opportunity to provide more excellent value, and making value-oriented decisions.
    • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Strong financial management skills with capital acquisitions.
    • Strong risk assessment and management techniques.
    • Experience facilitating meetings and committees with diverse audiences (from technical teams to VPs) and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Experience leading and mentoring project teams.
    • Strong resource planning.
    • Experience with Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms) and Project Management tools (MS Project Server, Jira, Miro board, Confluence, etc.)
    • Ability to work in a highly collaborative virtual team environment, facilitating and contributing to work across geographies and other functional teams.
    • Passionate about project management and delivering quality solutions, loves to learn and pass on learning to others, champions new ideas, and works with an
    entrepreneurial mindset.


    • Ability to influence and negotiate win-win outcomes among cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to collaborate, negotiate, and hold vendors accountable.
    • Accreditation in Project Management such as Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or other industry recognized Project Management accreditation.
    • Familiarity and experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum and/or Product Management.
    • Education and/or experience with formal Change Management methodologies such as
