Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role supports the Maintenance team with coordination of various internal and external services, documentation management and organization of third party services_Duties and Responsibilities:
_
- Operate and maintain the internal COGZ systems for all maintenance activities
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders
- Manage calibration system including procedures, records/documentation, gage studies, and vendor support such that all required equipment/instruments are calibrated as specified with supporting documentation readily available
- Support department with sourcing, spare parts procurement/inventory control and storage, reporting and other activity as needed
- Receive and organize technical documentation
- Arrange scheduled third party services and maintain documentation
- Participate in customer/industry audits
_Essential Knowledge and Skills:
_
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Excellent skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and third party software)
- Ability to work independently and with maintenance technicians
- Knowledge of enterprise information systems
- Technically inclined with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of ISO13485, IAT16949, AS9100, ISO9001
_Education and Experience_:
- :_
- Postsecondary education or equivalent working experience in a technical field &/or technology discipline
- Experience with technical data presentation and analysis
- 12 years of manufacturing experience is an asset
- Knowledge and/or related work experience of manufacturing/PCB industry is preferred
