Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role supports the Maintenance team with coordination of various internal and external services, documentation management and organization of third party services


_Duties and Responsibilities:
_

  • Operate and maintain the internal COGZ systems for all maintenance activities
  • Plan and schedule preventative maintenance work orders
  • Manage calibration system including procedures, records/documentation, gage studies, and vendor support such that all required equipment/instruments are calibrated as specified with supporting documentation readily available
  • Support department with sourcing, spare parts procurement/inventory control and storage, reporting and other activity as needed
  • Receive and organize technical documentation
  • Arrange scheduled third party services and maintain documentation
  • Participate in customer/industry audits

_Essential Knowledge and Skills:
_

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
  • Excellent skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and third party software)
  • Ability to work independently and with maintenance technicians
  • Knowledge of enterprise information systems
  • Technically inclined with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of ISO13485, IAT16949, AS9100, ISO9001

_Education and Experience_:

- :_

  • Postsecondary education or equivalent working experience in a technical field &/or technology discipline
  • Experience with technical data presentation and analysis
  • 12 years of manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Knowledge and/or related work experience of manufacturing/PCB industry is preferred
