We are expanding our seasoned well trusted team, and seeking bright, euthanistic and committed Insurance Representatives to join our team.

No insurance experience is necessary for this position.

We provide and pay for a comprehensive training, including a two-week Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) program, and on-going education.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with insurance needs.
  • Assess client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products and regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Adhere to RIBO requirements and company policies for compliance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Post-Secondary Education (preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain RIBO license (Paid training provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
  • Selfmotivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
  • Proactive in problem solving & time management
  • Customer Service or Call Centre (preferred) experience

Working hours in the customer care centre span from 9 am to 8 pm. We accommodate various shifts.
