At a Glance
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join the AVD Canada Team in Quebec, Canada.

To establish, grow and maintain sales growth and brand awareness in given account base. Working with AV leaders, Marketing and Customer Care teams, to develop, and plan a strategy for these accounts. Use relationship building skills to understand the Account's key growth opportunities for our brands.


Main Job Duties:


  • Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and partners. Counsel, train, advise, assist, and direct their activities in support of the complete Legrand offering and company objectives.
  • Travel extensively to maintain a presence throughout the region.
  • Performs product demonstrations, and presentations at customer sites
  • Consult customers on product choices, and aid in setting design specifications
  • Identify target customers and work with regional leader on brand and sales strategy
  • Work with Design influence at local Design-Build Contractors and some local Engineering Firms as needed
  • Review sales figures for region with the use of tools, such as Power BI and Salesforce
  • Develop key End-User and channel relationships to enhance market/product intelligence as well as volume sales.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales potential and other important activities within the region.
  • Fiscal responsibility for cost center in conjunction with budgetary levels provided.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Education:
Minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field, Master's Degree Preferred


Experience:2-4 years' experience in a world class Sales/Marketing organization


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:


  • A driven, selfstarter with:
  • High level of communication and organizational skills o Strong teamwork ethic o Personal sales skills o Marketing implementation strategy
