Description
Be the primary first level technical support to employees, managers, and business partners for all SuccessFactors (SF) processes and technical issues with timely escalations as needed- Requirement gathering on SF issues and prompt resolution
- Handling routine business enquiries, making nonprovisioning configuration changes, such as adding new fields, making them mandatory and minor business rules adjustments
- Daytoday systems processes management including managing workflows and scheduled jobs
- Detailed root cause analysis of issues, trend analysis and proposing enhancements/permanent, scalable business process or technical fixes
- Serve as primary external vendor facing resource with our 3rd party support provider for ticket creation and resolution
- Continuous monitoring of SF global data integrity and mass data creation and/or data uploads
- SF Learning Management Administratio, new course creations/revision, reports creation and scheduling, class setup, etc.
- Nonprovisioning permission, authorization, proxy access and systems access issues resolution, including password resets
- Adding or updating employee announcements on the SF home page in Martinrea Central
- Launching new annual cycles, such as performance forms, succession planning and locationspecific annual vacation entitlement and the holiday calendar loads
- New report and dashboard creation and or modifications
- Internal and external systems integration performance monitoring with trend analysis
- Monitoring scheduled jobs and troubleshooting failed jobs in both EC and LMS
- New enhancements, features, and custom development(s) testing prior to deployment
- Assist in user adoption goals/campaigns and enduser documentation and training
- Onsite plant visits as required
Required Education and Experience:
- A College Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or Human Resources with at least 2 years exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Learning Management System
- Ability to quickly learn new systems: HR (SuccessFactors), Time & Attendance, Payroll Integration, Microsoft Suite, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact well with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented, strong work ethic and a solid ability to multitask
- Selfmotivated, with a good sense of urgency and ownership
- Fast paced, team oriented, multideadline environment
- Strong presentation skills, and comfortable speaking in front of a group
- Strong knowledge of HR business processes
- Ability to keep information confidential
