Description
Be the primary first level technical support to employees, managers, and business partners for all SuccessFactors (SF) processes and technical issues with timely escalations as needed

  • Requirement gathering on SF issues and prompt resolution
  • Handling routine business enquiries, making nonprovisioning configuration changes, such as adding new fields, making them mandatory and minor business rules adjustments
  • Daytoday systems processes management including managing workflows and scheduled jobs
  • Detailed root cause analysis of issues, trend analysis and proposing enhancements/permanent, scalable business process or technical fixes
  • Serve as primary external vendor facing resource with our 3rd party support provider for ticket creation and resolution
  • Continuous monitoring of SF global data integrity and mass data creation and/or data uploads
  • SF Learning Management Administratio, new course creations/revision, reports creation and scheduling, class setup, etc.
  • Nonprovisioning permission, authorization, proxy access and systems access issues resolution, including password resets
  • Adding or updating employee announcements on the SF home page in Martinrea Central
  • Launching new annual cycles, such as performance forms, succession planning and locationspecific annual vacation entitlement and the holiday calendar loads
  • New report and dashboard creation and or modifications
  • Internal and external systems integration performance monitoring with trend analysis
  • Monitoring scheduled jobs and troubleshooting failed jobs in both EC and LMS
  • New enhancements, features, and custom development(s) testing prior to deployment
  • Assist in user adoption goals/campaigns and enduser documentation and training
  • Onsite plant visits as required

Required Education and Experience:


  • A College Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or Human Resources with at least 2 years exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Learning Management System
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems: HR (SuccessFactors), Time & Attendance, Payroll Integration, Microsoft Suite, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact well with all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented, strong work ethic and a solid ability to multitask
  • Selfmotivated, with a good sense of urgency and ownership
  • Fast paced, team oriented, multideadline environment
  • Strong presentation skills, and comfortable speaking in front of a group
  • Strong knowledge of HR business processes
  • Ability to keep information confidential
